Something that is most important and dear to me in my life is my family and I couldn’t be more blessed.  One in particular who is so dear to my heart is my 91 year old grandmother.  Not only is she smart as a wit, but one of the most generous, warm-hearted women I know.  What’s so difficult is being almost 2,000 miles away from her and I would love nothing more than to be by her side at this very moment.  As I look back when I was a little girl and some of my most cherished memories of my Grandma are the slumber parties my sisters and I would have with her.  Not only was I a huge fan of her oh-so-famous rhubarb tart bars and those chocolate mint brownies that she would bake on a weekly basis it seemed, but I loved so much when she gave us her t-shirts to wear to bed.  I was the happiest kid around sleeping in my grandma’s t-shirts.  I love now almost 20 years later I can look back at that and have it bring a huge smile to me face!!  They are memories that last a lifetime!!

So today this post is dedicated to my beautiful grandma.  She is as beautiful inside and out!!  I LOVE YOU GRANDMA!!
